Small group (1 hour)
Anywhere from 2-15 athletes.
Sessions focus on general skill development. All sessions include passing, control, agility, fitness, communication, and positioning development, regardless of their specific focus. I also host specifically focused sessions like, position specific skills sessions (ex. striker, center back, etc.) fitness & cardio focused skill work, and long passing & control to name a few. Session times, dates, and descriptions are located on the calendar.

Goalkeeping (1 hour)
Anywhere from 2-10 keepers per session.
All sessions incorporate training and development of:
Agility, Movement, Positioning
Handling, Reactions, Distribution
Set Position, Form, Mentality
Each session’s specific focus (ex. low corner saves, handling crosses, etc.) is labeled on the calendar. I also host keeper clinics and camps.

Clinics (1-3 hours, depending)
8-100 athletes.
The number of athletes and duration of a clinic varies depending on the focus and skill level being trained. I host beginner clinics for young players just starting out. I host elite, hyper focused, position specific events. I also host everything in between. Larger events are coached by myself and members of my DGØ coaching staff.

Futsal Skill Sessions (1 hour)
4-20 athletes.
Played indoors on gym floors, with futsal balls, these trainings hone in on athlete’s touch, ball control, passing and dribbling. Flats (indoor soccer shoes, no bumps on the bottom) are required for all futsal sessions.
